FINNEGANS, a leading social enterprise in the Midwest, turns beer into food by donating 100% of profits for hunger alleviation. As the 5th largest MN beer brand, FINNEGANS has plans to create further impact not only MN but WI, ND and SD and is looking for high energy, socially minded self-starters to join our Community Leader Team. As a TeamFINNEGANS Community Leader, you will be engaging current FINNEGANS non-profit partners, accounts, and beer distributor via grass roots marketing efforts. Your work as a collaborative catalyst and pied piper in your comity will increase sales, thereby increasing donations and helping more people in need, right next door. Furthermore this role provides the opportunity to improve your network, business soil set, and will provide you a birds eye view of the inner workings of a leading social enterprise. FINNEGANS will host a full day welcome & training kick-off at FINNEGANS Int’l Headquarters to provide Community Leaders with the know-how needed to succeed. This will include company history, strategy and goals, sales specific training, PR training by Haberman PR Firm, and a section on leadership by our very own Jacquie Berglund. Each quarter further training and development sessions will be held remotely. Your TeamFINNEGANS team will be comprised of 2-3 Community Leaders. The larger team of Community Leaders will be comprised of teams from 10 priority markets across MN, ND, SD & WI. Duties may be broken up between leaders depending on skill sets. Positions Available In: Wisconsin: Eau Claire, La Crosse, Oshkosh, Madison Minnesota: Mankato, St. Cloud, Duluth North Dakota: Grand Forks, Fargo South Dakota: Sioux Falls
