STEM Assistant Volunteer

Project Description:
Volunteers for the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics) Program will assist with implementing STEM related activities, projects, & experiments for boys in middle school and high school. The STEM program runs each cycle(session) for 10 weeks, twice a week, and the theme or program may vary at the start of each new cycle

Additional Skills Required:
Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Literacy, and other highly relevant majors are encouraged to apply Interest in pursuing a career working with or instructing youth Commitment to sharing knowledge and contributing to youth and community development Experience with Lego Mind storms, Robotics, or STEM related programming is a plus Experience with curriculum development, lesson plan implementation or instruction is a plus
