Group Club Leader Volunteer

Project Description:
Group Club Leaders will motivate and foster positive self-esteem, decision making, problem solving, responsibility, leadership, career exploration and other life skills in youth. He/She will assist with supervision and ensuring the safety of members while maintaining a fun, engaging, and intellectually stimulating member experience. He/She will serve as a role model for our youth by building rapport with members through positive interactions during program activities.

Child Development, Education, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Event Planning, and other highly relevant majors are encouraged to apply Interest in pursuing a career working with or instructing youth Commit to sharing knowledge and contributing to youth and community development Experience with project management and/or group work desirable Ability to communicate with youth and adults Experience working with youth
