Facilitate a Virtual Class for Seniors!

Project Description:
Use your teaching skills to lead a virtual class once a week for an hour for homebound seniors! Your class could involve: Art history, armchair traveling, humor, current events, interactive games, chair exercises (yoga, taichi), nutrition and wellness, singing, movie reviews, etc. All you need is your computer, webcam and highspeed internet capability. You will facilitate an interactive class for up to 9 homebound seniors who are using video chat technology from their homes. This innovative use of technology – first of its kind – is being used to bring ideas, lectures and activities to these high-energy seniors. Flexible for varied schedules.
