Volunteer to Play with Homeless Children

Project Description:
Did you know that 1 in 45 children will experience being homeless in MA this year alone? You can help! Horizons for Homeless Children is looking for volunteers to play with children living in 26 homeless shelters in Southeastern MA,for 2 hours a week for a minimum commitment of 6 months. Day time, afternoon and evening shifts are available. Our next training is 4/6/13 in Bourne. More training dates are available at our website wwww.horizonschildren.org. Additional Skills Required:
Must be 16 or older, if under 18, must volunteer with parent/guardian. Must have experience working with children. Must be able to commit to 2 hours a week for 6 months. Project happens in locations all over Southeastern MA and Cape Cod.
