Become a Mentor to Foster Youth Change a Life! The Achieveing Independence Center (AIC) is seeking caring and supportive adults willing to build a friendship with a foster care youth. You can positively impact another person while creating a lifetime of change in the process! Help build their self-esteem, achieve personal goals and make a difference by simply getting involved. The AIC: The AIC is a non-profit organization designed to serve youth ages 16-21 that are aging-out of the foster care system and transitioning into adulthood.
