Interlock Media is a non-profit production company, based in Cambridge, MA, working to promote environmental and social change through film, video, and radio. We have been in the business of making historical, musical, artistic productions for the last 20 years, yet remain on the cutting edge through our use of Digital Video and High Definition technology. We are currently in need of a Social Media Administrator to maintain our blog and social media presence with updates on our films, fundraising efforts, and other projects. The Social Media Administrator will be responsible for the promotion of “Faith in the Big House” and Interlock Media’s other films and activities through the use of social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and LinkedIn. This position will allow Interlock Media to create additional channels to share our voice and promote our activities. Responsible for integrating marketing through a variety of networks and monitoring these communication strategies. Individual will also be responsible for assessing and maintaining current online information, as well as growing our online pool of fans and followers.

Qualifications: Excellent writing skills, as demonstrated in your cover letter. A strong understanding of social media. An interest in and understanding of environmental and humanitarian causes Preferred: Previous experience blogging and/or maintaining an organization’s social media channels Experience working in a media production environment
