Web Developer for Website Enhancement

Project Description:
We need a website upgrade with a login system with user specific pages for keeping track of volunteer opportunities, donations, and other personal data; a system for displaying articles in our Knowledge Center; and a Time Banking system. The site is currently a ASP.net website with C# code behind, which would be the necessary languages for completing the project, but we may want/need to convert to Umbraco to get the functionality we desire. The volunteer will work closely with our webmaster to develop a more streamlined website with the above functionality.
