Girls leadership development program

Project Description:
Make your own schedule! $20 per hour Stipend volunteer needed to facilitate middle/ high school programs. Volunteers facilitate ready-made programs in Baltimore city before, during, or after school for a period of 6-8 weeks. Programs are designed to teach and support girls in the areas of healthy relationships, self esteem, assertiveness, public speaking, leadership development, networking, and project planning and implementation.

Requirements include but not limited to: 18 years +, reliable transportation, Fluent in English OR Spanish, Ability to work in large diverse groups (15-30), punctual, Professional dress, Self motivated problem solver, Must communicate well both orally and in writing, Able to commit to 6-8 week of program facilitation, Must pass background check, Must have a passion for developing girls into leaders
